Our pricing model is based on shipments. We define a shipment as the journey of a single container from its origin to its destination, which we track until the container is delivered to the consignee, devanned, or leaves the final container yard. It does not matter how long the container's journey takes or how many times you track the container number during its journey-it will always be counted as one shipment. The same applies to booking numbers: regardless of the number of containers included in a booking, it is counted as one shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my container delayed?
There could be several reasons for the delay, but unfortunately, we do not have control over them. Our role is to provide tracking services only. For further assistance, please contact the forwarder or shipper responsible for the container.
My container has arrived at the port. When will it be delivered to my warehouse?
We do not handle deliveries. Our service is limited to providing tracking information. Please contact the forwarder or shipper responsible for the container for delivery details.
Is the tracking data up to date?
findTEU gathers data from various open web sources. For registered users, data about their containers in the dashboard is updated with intervals ranging from 6 to 48 hours.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
If you reach your monthly limit, you will still be able to view the containers you are already tracking on your dashboard, request updates via the API, or receive updates to your Webhook for already subscribed containers. However, you won't be able to add new containers until your subscription renews.
